Can I change my order?

You can change your order for 24 hours. If you placed your order more than 24 hours ago, we can't guarantee that we can change it.

What are the canvas dimensions?

We print on to three different sized canvas frames. Each frame is gallery-ready and high quality. All canvas frames have a gallery standard depth of 1.25" thickness.

The frame sizes are:

8" x 10" This is a favourite for those looking to gift a portrait.

11" x 14" A great mid-sized canvas which looks perfect in entrance halls, living spaces, bedrooms, and of course... above your pet's bed!

16" x 20" Our favorite size. It's a fantastic large print and you get to see the details of your portrait up close. We love this one!

24" x 30" The larger than life size. to show to your pet how much you love him!

What type of frames are available ?

For now we only Canvas offer Fine Art Canvas Gallery Premium Wraps. We have a very nice option unframed with black sealed backing.

We offer 2 options of floating frame, Walnut and Black finishing.

What are the shipping times and prices?

Expect your artwork to be ready for review 2-3 days after you placed your order. We'll print and ship your order as soon as you have approved your artwork.

US order delivery time: Expect your parcel to take 5-8 Business days to arrive from the date it is shipped out.

All orders are shipping with tracking.

What is the return policy ?

At Art of Pets, your satisfaction is our highest priority. As a small, made-to-order company, we take pride in the quality and uniqueness of our custom artwork. In the rare event that your product arrives damaged or with a print default, we will gladly offer an exchange or refund within 10 days of the delivery date. To process your request, we kindly ask for clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.

Due to the personalized nature of our creations, we cannot issue refunds for change-of-mind cases. However, we understand that sometimes adjustments may be needed. You have a 24-hour window after placing your order to contact us for any modifications (such as updating your pet’s photo). Once our artists have commenced work on your custom design, we are unable to restart the project from the beginning. We appreciate your understanding.

To ensure your complete satisfaction, we offer a Proof Review process so you can approve your design before final production.

For a stressless experience we offer a protection plan for $1 for order under $100, for orders over $100, the plan is offered at 1% of the order value to cover risks of loss or theft during the transit.
